A new issue of the journal “Signs of Time” is published, and to be more precisely it is number 74/75, winter 2016-spring 2017. The Introduction in this issue is dedicated to the scientific research work of Dzemal Ćehajić. There is also series of interesting texts in the other sections a series of interesting texts, including two texts in English. Some of the topics covered by this issue are: the Islamic Ummet or National State, Global Civil Society – Islamic Perspective, Culture in European Union Politics, Massacre in Vase Miskin Street, (Sarajevo, May of 1992)
