Two new projects which have been published from the press in the first months of 2024 have been presented to the Fair audience who carefully traced the presentations of promoters.
The „Monography of Young Muslims“ was first promoted which was at the same time the collective publication project of the Research institute „Ibn Sina“ and the „Young Muslims“ association. Prof. Fahir Fejhzić Čengić PhD and Edhem Bakšić, president of the „Young Muslims“ Association spoke about this significant monography. During their substantive presentations, they spoke about the whole long-standing project of collecting information about the significant activists of the Young Muslims. The presentors expressed their gratitude to the Research Institute „Ibn Sina“ which understood the importance of this project. This monography is a witness to the historical battle of individuals which thought differently in a turbulent age.
The second publication which was promoted in the framework of the publication endeavor of the „Ibn Sina“ Research Institute is the scientific publication „Bosniaks before the Challenges of Global Political Processes: The Political Becoming of a Nation“, by the author Admir Lisica, a doctoral student at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Sarajevo, who also functioned as the promoter of this work. The book is an inquiry into the political development of Bosniaks during the 20th century. Lisica emphasized that this is about a second book publication, and he expressed his gratitude to the „Ibn Sina“ Institute with mr. Abbasi at the head of the board of directors, for the demonstrated readiness to include this book in the framework of their publication activity which has been so far promoted 17 times throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Balkans and the European Union.
