Abstract
A few months ago, I published an article that underlined the topic in the context of social, economic, and political intervention, specifically why an emancipated woman is a key to Afghanistan’s social, economic, and political progress. Women’s rights in Afghanistan right now are at their lowest level because this struggle has been on a global scale in the last twenty years. With their political and social experience, women worldwide have contributed the most to it. On this occasion, I will discuss why the women of Afghanistan must carry the fight for the emancipation of Afghan women; the reason why it must be developed under the laws of the current government of Afghanistan (Sharia-Islamic law), as well as per Afghan customary law; all of which the previous government and the West have neglected in the last twenty years or so.
