On Thursday, March 9, 2023, Professor Sanjin Kodrić, PhD, the President of the Bosniak Cultural Community “Preporod”, and Nazif Salčin, the General Secretary, visited the “Ibn Sina” Institute.
In a cordial and friendly conversation with the director of the Institute, Mr Mohammad Hossein Abbasi and the deputy director Mr Hamed Zabihi, both parties stressed the need to deepen the cultural co-operation between the two institutions.
The director of the Institute introduced to Professor Kodrić the successful co-operation that the Institute achieves with sub-branches of “Preporod” in other cities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and he referred to the Institute’s recent visit to the sub-branch of “Preporod” in Bijeljina.
Professor Kodrić expressed his willingness to co-operate through the realisation of joint publishing ventures between “Preporod” and the Institute.
It was agreed to take concrete steps in the realisation of joint programs as soon as possible, with an emphasis on nurturing the culture of memory.
At the end of the visit, Mr Mohammad Hossein Abbasi and Professor Sanjin Kodrić exchanged the latest editions published by the “Ibn Sina” Institute and “Preporod”.
