On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, on the margins of the 44th International Book Fair in Zagreb, the director of the “Ibn Sina” Institute visited the National and University Library of Croatia, and thereby he met and spoke to Ms Dijana Machala, PhD, the head directress’ assistant.
The meeting was also attended by Ms Dobrila Zvonarek and Vesna Golubović, PhD, the heads of the Library departments, and Mr Abbasi, the director of the “Ibn Sina” Institute, briefly introduced the publishing opus of the Institute, and expressed the Institute’s readiness to contribute in scientific and research work to different researchers, scientists, members of the National Library.
Machala, PhD, expressed her satisfaction with the director’s visitation, and she asked for the two institutions to continue the collaboration within the area of book exchange. Both parties agreed that in the future, one new issue of the Institute’s publications would be gifted to the National Library.
In the end, the director invited the heads of the National Library to visit the “Ibn Sina” Institute in Sarajevo and get better acquainted with the Institute’s own library.
