The primary responsibility for strengthening gender equality at national governments and the Commission of the European Union should play a key role in supporting the priorities and initiatives of governments and civil society partner countries in their efforts to gender equality is integrated. They give suggestions to integrate gender equality in the current EU policy dialogue with the government and civil society and Member States and partner countries are encouraged to build partnerships and facilitate the exchange of information and pooling resources with other international partners and organizations.3 ) Building the capacity of gender equality, which, as an incrementalprocess, emphasize the capacity of the EU to effectively integrate genderequality:• Identifies the number of methods that can facilitate this process, suchas the provision of gender- sensitive training for all staff headquartersand delegations of developing countries;• Strong European Union, developing countries, Member States andother donors will show that it can achieve greater gender equality witha systematic and consistent approach to integrating gender equality.
